RENTAL AGREEMENT AND LIABILITY WAIVER
This Agreement shall be between you the "Renter" and WeeWhizz. WeeWhizz remains the sole owner of all its rental equipment. The Renter hereby acknowledges that the equipment shall be for personal use only. By signing and accepting the terms and conditions of this rental agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood and agree to the terms stated below.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to rent our products and Services to you.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
WeeWhizz reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions from time to time, at its own discretion, without prior notice. You should therefore check this policy regularly for any updates that will have been made.
Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Reservations, Refundable Security Deposit, and Payment of Rental Fees
The Renter’s reservation is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
Payment is due by cash or HitPay(credit card, bank transfer) together with variable refundable security deposit at the time of items delivered to renter. The full amount of the security deposit will be refunded to the Renter within 48 hours after returning the equipment in good working conditions.

WeeWhizz will confirm the reservation by email or WhatsApp messages within 24 hours. The Renter should contact WeeWhizz if a confirmation email or WhatsApp messages is not received within 24 hours of placing a reservation online or over the phone.
The colours of products may vary from the images shown. A substitute product will be provided in case the ordered product is out of stock.
Delivery, Possession and Usage
At the time of reservation, the Renter will specify the name and location in Singapore where the rental item(s) will be delivered and returned. Renter understands that pick-up locations may vary depending on the drop off location. If the client is unsure as to the location of pick up, please contact WeeWhizz to clarify.
The Renter agrees and understands that all requests for changes to the existing reservation must be made at least 24 hours before the agreed delivery time in said reservation. Change requests made less than 24 hours before the agreed delivery time will be honored at the discretion of WeeWhizz.
The Renter agrees and understands that all deliveries are made with an earnest effort to the requested delivery time but, due to traffic or volume, understand there is an allowable 30-minute window of the requested delivery time. Renter understands and agrees that during times of extreme weather, deliveries and/or pickups may be suspended for the safety of delivery personnel until such time it is deemed safe by WeeWhizz to continue operations.
All delivery and return pick up of equipment for rental of 4 days and above is free.
Delivery and return pick up charge of SGD25 will be applied for less than 4 days rental.
Delivery and return pick up charge of SGD30 will be applied for urgent booking(less than 5 hours delivery).
If an attempt is made to deliver/pick up rental items to the agreed delivery address and the Renter is unavailable or the Renter has provided an incorrect delivery location resulting in a second trip, an SGD25 re-delivery/pick up fee will be applied.
The Renter agrees that any reservation may be altered or canceled at WeeWhizz's discretion if WeeWhizz deems the desired locations (delivery or pick up location) health and safety standards to be detrimental to the nature of our business.
The Renter agrees to maintain possession of the rental item throughout the course of their rental period. Rental items are to be kept secure when not in use (i.e. hotel room, vehicle, etc..).
The Renter agrees to inform WeeWhizz immediately of any defect or malfunction or involved in an accident (for car seats) while in use. Once notified, WeeWhizz will make every effort to remedy the issue in a timely manner.
The Renter agrees to only use the rental item for its intended purpose in a manner for which it was designed.
The Renter agrees that violations of this agreement may result in the termination of the rental. WeeWhizz reserves the right to terminate a rental based on evidence of abuse or violation of all parts of this agreement. Renter agrees to surrender all rented equipment and accessories to WeeWhizz upon request from WeeWhizz. WeeWhizz may, at its sole discretion, refund any portion of a rental that it deems necessary to terminate.
Returning Equipment
It is the responsibility of the Renter to ensure that all rental items are available for pick-up at the designated address on the date and time specified in the reservation.
Renter agrees to contact WeeWhizz in the event of a delay in returning the rental item(s) at the agreed upon time. It is the sole discretion of WeeWhizz as to whether a grace period may be granted.
If the Renter wishes to extend the rental period, the Renter must contact WeeWhizz before the agreed upon return time. WeeWhizz may, at its own discretion allow or deny any extension.
In the event the returned equipment need special cleaning processes to remove stubborn stain (food stain, child vomit, leaking diaper or other bodily fluid) – we will charged an minimum SGD100 cleaning fee at WeeWhizz’s discretion and will deduct from the deposit.
Damages to or loss of Equipment
The Renter shall accept for use, as is, the rental item(s) listed on the reservation, and accept full responsibility for the care of the equipment while it is in the Renter’s possession.
The Renter is responsible for the lost, theft, damage or destruction and agrees to pay up to the full security deposit value. These include but are not limited to: Shoulder straps, harnesses, pram organizer, mosquito covers, rain covers, cup holder, car seat/pram cover bag, and car seat adapters. These items may be provided free of charge and are not guaranteed to be available during your rental.
The Rental agrees to return the rental item(s) in the same condition as it was delivered and to report any loss, theft, damage or destruction to the rental item(s) immediately to WeeWhizz.
Cancellation
A full refund will be given for all cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to your rental date. All cancellations made within the 48-hour window will be charged at a minimum 2 days of rental fee.
Personal Information
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Liability Waiver
By accepting and using the rental equipment, the Renter acknowledges that the rental equipment is being used at their own risk and for their personal use only. WeeWhizz hereby makes no warranties with respect to the rental equipment, and WeeWhizz hereby specifically disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied.
WeeWhizz and its employees, owners, and affiliates will not be responsible for accidents, injuries or damages caused directly or indirectly by the use or misuse of the rental equipment.
The Renter agrees to hold harmless WeeWhizz and its employees, owners, and affiliates, from any liability, injury, death, property loss or damage which may result directly or indirectly from the use of the rental equipment
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore.
